Surah Al-A'raaf
Chapter 7 · Verse 184 · Revealed in Makkah
أَوَلَمْ يَتَفَكَّرُوا۟ ۗ مَا بِصَاحِبِهِم مِّن جِنَّةٍ ۚ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌۭ مُّبِينٌ
“Then do they not give thought? There is in their companion [Muhammad] no madness. He is not but a clear warner.”

أَوَلَمْ يَتَفَكَّرُواْ
(Do they not reflect) `those who deny Our Ayat,'
مَا بِصَاحِبِهِم
Reflection — Maarif ul Quran
The verse no. 184 has refuted the false notion of the disbelievers that the Holy Prophet , 1n was a man of unsound mind or was possessed by devil. It said:
أَوَلَمْ يَتَفَكَّرُوا مَا بِصَاحِبِهِم مِّن جِنَّةٍ إِنْ هُوَ إِلَّا نَذِيرٌ مُّبِينٌ
