Surah Az-Zukhruf
Chapter 43 · Verse 85 · Revealed in Makkah
“And blessed is He to whom belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them and with whom is knowledge of the Hour and to whom you will be returned.”

Reflection — Ibn Kathir
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَـنِ الرَّحِيمِ
حـم - تَنزِيلُ الْكِتَـبِ مِنَ اللَّهِ الْعَزِيزِ الْعَلِيمِ
(Ha-Mim. By the manifest Book.) means, plain and clear in both wording and meaning, because it was revealed in the language of the Arabs, which is the most eloquent language for communication among people. Allah says:
