Surah Az-Zukhruf
Chapter 43 · Verse 80 · Revealed in Makkah
أَمْ يَحْسَبُونَ أَنَّا لَا نَسْمَعُ سِرَّهُمْ وَنَجْوَىٰهُم ۚ بَلَىٰ وَرُسُلُنَا لَدَيْهِمْ يَكْتُبُونَ
“Or do they think that We hear not their secrets and their private conversations? Yes, [We do], and Our messengers are with them recording.”

The Punishment of the Doomed
The description of the state of the blessed is followed by a description of the state of the doomed.
إِنَّ الْمُجْرِمِينَ فِى عَذَابِ جَهَنَّمَ خَـلِدُونَ لاَ يُفَتَّرُ عَنْهُمْ
